So much was missing from the buffet - lots of empty trays, Food was blah and sometimes even just yucky - cheap fillers and food without originality or in some cases freshness.

red city has one BIG thing going for it and according to chef gordon ramsey, "consistency is of the highest priority in any restaurant" and after more than a dozen trips to red city- the pass the test well above most.

We used to come here a few times a month...it has dwindled a little. The sushi selection isn't as fresh and not as big of a variety. Never had a problem with service. The food always tastes great. I think it is one of the better chinese style buffets in the area.

This was our second visit. The first visit (months ago) the food was delicious and fresh. This time, there were bugs on our table, it wasn't very clean, our drink order was wrong and we could never get a server to get us the right drinks, and the food was overcooked, hard and tasted horrible.
