Apparently they only have a service center in Texas. If you call the number listed on Google maps, it's disconnected. If you call Rec Warehouse's main number, it too is disconnected. Only the Parts Department number (800-226-7727) which you have to dig to find, answers and they are quite surly and rude. They gave me this number 972-390-1025 to the service center in Allen, TX but the number...
