I have been in here many times to get hot tub supplies but they are always doing sales one week and then the next week they are priced less...

We have been in the store three times each time we had someone who knows the product and was helpful. They also worked to get us a better price that was on the hot tub. The third time there was to load the hot tub in my truck and they was very helpful in doing the work. Now getting it ouy at home was another story!

After all the advertisements and high hopes of buying a hot tub that day, we walked in the store and past the outside entry where someone was out smoking and wondered where was everyone? We didn't see a single person in the store. Finally the guy who had been smoking came in, passed us without so much as saying hello and proceeded to the back of the store where we then saw him with another...
