This is the coolest place in Hampton Roads! Where else can you go to "bounce off the walls", literally? Dodgeball is fun and staff makes it more fun! Simple rules to follow can be easily done. We need more places like this where you don't have to worry about groups of teenagers causing issues. Everyone gets along great here and it's really a clean fun environment. Will and have recommend this place to everyone!
Absolutely awful! Don't waste your time or your money, it is not worth it. The staff is rude and disorganized. If you're not happy, they don't care. If you have a bad experience, they don't care. If your small child is having trouble, they blow the whistle at him. If you try to help him, they blow the whistle at you. Don't bother talking to the manager-she's not worried about happy customers, she just wants your money. Stay away!!!!
Highly recommend! We're from Pennsylvania and came here during vacation. Staff was super nice and we loved the high energy of the place!
My first trip here. Came for the ninja course and wasn't disappointed. Plenty of obstacles with different ways to conquer. Multiple sized warped walls, including the 14'! It was awesome for the kids.. The only thing I didn't appreciate was them making you buy their socks for $3 per person.. Are you kidding me??
It concerns me that a family oriented place would turn away kids because of some personal issue that your General Manager may have with a former employee. The problem doesn't lie with the children. Please me mindful of what you do to kids. You can't call yourself a family establishment if you don't put family first. God bless you
We visited Rebounderz as part of my son's birthday gift. The staff was great, the jump arena was our favorite but the foam pit was nice too. A few of the children's play areas needed some cleaning and repair but overall a great visit. Thank you! We will be back.
