I just had a busted pipe which is a disaster. Real plumbers acted as professional advisors on what I could do immediately on my own and have them come out the next day during normal business hours. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Kevin arrived next day, diagnosed problem in an efficient manner …

I should have read the reviews before calling. The manufacturer of the water heater, Apollo Hydro Heat, recommended them as the factory authorized and trained service. Called them, was quoted a $59 service call fee, which I agreed to. Their guy came, looked at the water heater for a few minutes, said everything was ok and charged $150 for 'diagnosis.' I called them and they agreed to refund...
