we got carpet a couple of years ago...recently, every time we vacuum we get a cannister full of powder...the backing on the carpet is litterly turning into powder. They told me on the phone that they only warrenty the carpet and installation for 1 year, I ask them if they would cut us a deal if we put down hardwoods and they said NO....well, I say SEE YA.....we had done business with them...

Getting ready to buy more from Real Deal. We put beautiful name brand laminate throughout our first floor for a fraction of what other places cost. They were friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Wrong Size Carpet

In August our company order some carpet through Real Deal Flooring! We gave them exact total yardage that needed to be ordered. The total was 110 sq yrds but made them aware it had to be 15 foot wide goods. We signed angreement and then paid the deposit. We was assured by the manager that they was ordering 15ft wide goods.

I have purchased from Real Deal twice before and am about to purchase for a third time with them. They have always been very easy to work with and their staff cannot be beat! Their prices are also about the best that I have found. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great deal on flooring and friendly, professional staff.
