This place was taken over about 2 years ago by a company called Fairfield. They have ruined the complex. They are raising the rates through the roof in hopes of pushing people out the door so they can remodel and raise the rent even more! The staff is unprofessional and clueless. I love living in Reafield Village! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Maintenance comes quickly, and even if you lock yourself out in the middle of the night they have someone on call who can come help immediately. This is a convenient location to the South Park and Ballantyne areas in Charlotte. The apartment itself is decent with washers and dryers in unit. No upgrades, regardless of what is advertised. Make sure you are able to view your actual unit, before being told that you "will definitely get an identical apartment" based upon the model you are being shown.
