I work at one of their facilities in Newport News. If you don't mind your employees or customers getting towed, this is the company for you. My organization leases well over half of the building, yet we are not given adequate parking. Several people have been towed in the last few weeks and we frequently get tow warnings on our vehicles. There are literally not enough spots assigned for everyone; we've had to park across the street and cross the four lanes of traffic to get to work. The building is almost empty, so there is plenty of parking without interfering with any other businesses. We recently expanded into another section of their building, but they haven't updated the parking plan. This has been a persistent problem for at least the last two years. I assume that they are trying to market their building to potential new tenants, but that doesn't mean that they can alienate their current ones. Now that we've started parking in our neighboring parking lots, I fear that they'll start towing without giving notice.
