Service was prompt.
Efficient! Called 8/8/08 offered service that day (at 4:30 in the afternoon, no less!). We settled on a mutually agreeable date 8/11/08 first thing in the morning. Ray arrived, and after a brief, pleasant chat, got down to work & had our stove in working order in about an hour (maybe less)! Overall a very positive experience. No surprises with cost either - fees were discussed on the first call.

They were very professional, came out right away to diagnose the problem. They had to order the part and was back in 2 days to repair it. Great service!! I would definately hire them again and would recommend them to family and friends.
