Waste of Time

I had purchased a new bedroom set from the store,even though they are primarily a clearance center, they will carry a few new sets and have them delivered from the factory. A morning delivery time was requested to the sales rep who said that it will be requested to the third party delivery company. It was 4PM when I finally heard from the delivery company stating that they can be here by 6pm. I...
