We had a terrible experience with this lawyer. Glad somebody liked him, but he lost our case because he didn't put any effort into winning. We had to fix that by getting another lawyer who won it easily. That cost us a lot more money and it was hard to go through. Hire this guy at your own risk.

An attorney you can trust to FAIL and DISAPPOINT you is what Mr. Kline is. He should be reported to the Virginia Bar Association. He is lazy, unethical and does not work for his clients. My suggestion is to look at reviews on other websites before throwing your life and hard earned dollars away on this guy. BELIEVE ME! - That's what you'll be doing !
