I've always have very positive experiences with this dealership. We are on our fourth car from Ray Catena. Car washes are always free if the car is from their dealership. I have found their car pricing to be very competitive and have always been able to have any concerns addressed promptly.

Purchased a 2010 S550 from RC in October of 09 and brought my car there for the a service A on 4/15/2010. An appointment was provided a week prior with a loaner. I arrived on time for my appointment, waited 30 mins before speaking to a service adviser, spent 5 mins with rep, waited another 30 mins for a loaner, in the end I could wait no longer and made arrangements for my own transportation....
