Nothing The lobby smelled like mildew / mold. The rooms were in terrible shape. The floors were nasty. The top lock was broken on my door. There was hair all over the towels. There wasn't any kind of clock in the room. The glass plate in the microwave was busted. The covers in the bed had a huge hole in them. They never swept the floors the whole time I was there (5days). Never will stay there...
Not a lot No interior door handle in our room. Washcloth from previous visitor left in shower. Only one light worked. Nightclub attached to hotel playing loud music all night. No security measures for unauthorized entrance to side entrances. You can just walk in. Black mold above our room entrance. Every ceiling tile in hallway is about to fall down because of roof leaks everywhere.
Everything needed was provided. The person behind the counter were great Dominick was amazing, sad to hear he's leaving. I come here often and I hope the other employees are just as nice and helpful
This property had a lot of contractors staying there. The property is very outdated compared to most Ramadas in which I have stayed. I had a concern about the side door not being locked after dark. The hotel was old and outdated. The rooms were dirty and we found a cockroach. we had to open our room door by banging against it. There was no TV remote and the guy at the desk was uncaring. The girl at checkin was wonderful. Wish all staff was like her. Dining room was dirty and food barely edible. Definitely would never book there or recommend.
