This auto repair shop is honest and produces quality work. I’ve had the same 2002 Chrysler Concord for 7yrs. and Ralph’s Auto has performed all of its maintenance and repair. I recommend this shop if you’re looking for quality work in a timely fashion. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

wow, what can I say? We took a 2000 Audi there several times in 2011, after a personal recommendation. Not only did they not fix the problems, it took them 3 weeks to return the car.
Even the owner drove the car and accepted payment over the phone with the engine smoking and pulling hard to one side. They even replaced a radiator without asking our permission. It didn't even fix our issue.

To add further insult, the entire gas tank was used and the check in/out mileage on the ticket was identical.

Run, do not walk from this place. Find help elsewhere!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Anytime we need a repair this is where we go. Generally a fast turn around and will comunicate with you on what needs to be fixed. A+ service
