Dr Dhawan cared for my husband WH Millan for 5 years. He had pulmonary fibrosis and passed away in 2013. Dr Dhawans bedside/office manner was gentle, sincere and never rushed. Even with us (myself and my daughter).
With the survey, fortunately, I have never had to schedule an 'urgent" appt. so unable to eval that but I'll give it a 5. Its actually not applicable.

He listened to every concern. I had stepped on a thorn that broke off in my foot. He took a lot of time to treat that as well as as answer other questions I had. I had minimal wait time and staff was friendly.
