Can I give a zero for reviews? This place is shady. I returned a U-Haul truck to them after filling the gas 3/4ths full in accordance with U-Haul policy. Note the gas station is on Backlick road- .5 miles from Rainbow Rentals. That day, I am told I am good to go, and nobody needs to see the truck, they just asked me if the gas was full, and I said yes. The next day I get a receipt from them charging me 45 dollars for ""fuel."" When I disputed the charge, I was told the gas was only half full, and they took a picture on some guy's cell phone to prove it bc this tends to happen often with...
