Radio TV Center is the company that Haier America, Inc. contracts with to do warranty work on their products. In late 2014, I purchased a Haier refrigerator that needed repaired within the warranty period. Haier put me in contact with Radio TV Center.

Radio TV Center does not have sufficient staff to service the volume of work they have. At least that was the excuse that was given to us...
