I have bought three cell phones and many other products from this radio shack and everytime I leave I cannot believe how rude the manager is. After buying a phone and MP3 player there yesterday, I will NEVER go back. The other employees are nice but the manager is rude and unknowledgable about his products and rebates. ( I ended up saving $75 dollars by being persistant about a rebate I knew...
