Car sold was a lemon. Owner and mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it, that it was in great shape. Two weeks later, it started overheating. Had to add a gallon of radiator coolant every week. Won court case

The City of Radford General District Court saw fit to rule in our favor regarding the above listed case for the amount paid to another mechanic to make needed repairs to our vehicle.

We took our 93 Lumina in to the garage because our rear driver side wheel seemed to be dragging a bit at times. We went to Universal Car Care because it was close, not because we had been there before. We just didn't feel that the car should be driven across town due to brake problems.
The mechanic (Jerry Childers) was told that the brake was catching and dragging and should be looked at....
