Dr Ma treated me as if I didnt know my own body. I spent my copay money(a waste) all for him to tell me my pain was just my period trying to come back after having my baby. Actually, this was my second delivery so I was well aware what it felt like to have my period come back and this pain was not from that. I followed up with a better physician who actually listened to me and sure enough I had...
Dr. Liang took care of me during my last pregnancy. She is always so pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The staff are very friendly and I felt like my care was exceptional.
Knowledgeable and caring doctor. He has been my PCP since last few year and before that as frequent referral for second opinion. Easy accessibility and follow-up through e-mail.
20-some odd years ago Dr. Ma examined me for pain in my pelvic area. Other doctors had performed the same exam, but dismissed my persistent complaints. Dr. Ma not only took me seriously, but enough so that he was thorough, including an ultrasound which produced an image of a racket-ball sized ovarian cyst. I have not forgotten what he did for me. He made the pain go away.
Dr. Koroulakis is an OK doctor. We met her on a few occasions for our newborn son, but I did not find her answers to our questions prescriptive. Simple questions such as "how much should my newborn son be eating in a day" were left unanswered as she couldn't even provide a range. After three appointments, we decided to switch doctors. Also, expect to wait up to an hour even with an appointment.

My professional area of interests include diabetes, osteoporosis and bone related diseases. I am keen to teach clinical medicine to my colleagues and learn from them as well.
I became particularly interested in dermatology because my father, a butcher and grocer, developed an ugly skin rash on his hands; this made me realize how skin problems can affect one’s work and livelihood. He never found a dermatologist who could help him, but a neighborhood general practitioner, one of my heroes, cleared up the rash for him. This experience sparked my interest in skin...
