One of the ladies broke the porcelain top to an antique potpourri urn. However, Rose came immediately, took it to someone who restored it to perfection, returning it to me the next day.
We are new to the State and Rose was most helpful in other ways to help us with other services. 5 stars while Rose is at the helm.

This was a horrible experience. The only positive part of this was the thorough cleaning, but the management was so shockingly rude, unprofessional, and aggressive with little to no real communication that I will never use them again and would never recommend them.

Rose was wonderful to work with (scheduling) and the ladies that she sent out did a fantastic job on my hardwood floors! I did think the price was a little high, but now I'm finding out from friends that to truly clean a house, you have to pay. I thoroughly recommend R & S House Cleaning Services!
