Dishonest business. Got a price quote over the phone for $205 repair part ($260 for replacement assembly) but ended up being charged $305. It insisted #305 is the correct quote and refused to show us its part invoice. It said the assembly is a cheaper brand.
It charged $135 for routine test the 1st year, but charged $155 the 2nd year without prior notice.

Initial schedule a week ago between 1-3. No plumber or call by 3..I call them. Told unable to make it before 4..so re-scheduled for today between noon and 3...get call today before 11:00AM that plumber is on the way. NO..NO, between 12 & 3 as agreed. I'm coming from Fairfax..the work site is in Kensington.Plumber arrives about noon (as agreed...again, this is the 2nd appt). work done well, all...
