We took our boat for service on 3/14/09. The day we dropped it off Ken Daniel, owner, was not in. His representative was told to provide an oil change/"de-winterize", & check the lights. We asked for an estimate, but were told by this rep that he couldn't provide one. We were told to call back and talk to Ken. Having used R&D several months prior for "winterizing", we relied on the ballpark...
