Some stains didn't come up and after a few days the stains that did come up , all came back . Wait of money in my eyes !

Prompt service. Thorough and honest about the potential results. We had bad pet stains and he was realistic about how much he would be able to get out. Although we still have significant pet odor, it is less than before, and my carpets and furniture look fantastic.
