I was a customer of theirs and was mostly satisfied with service until it came time to change unit. Through research found that they charge more for units and all services in general so went with someone else. Received their last invoice with bogus charges and its evident its because we dropped them for servicing and did not give them contract for new unit. Not very ethical or good business practice in my book. Will be sure to not only not recommend them but advise everyone to go to someone else. Money is more important than A+ service for this company. After contacting them they came with slight partial refund alluding to an 'error'.
