I visit this place a couple of times a month and have always been treated well. The owner seemed a little off her game on the first visit but she always remembers me when I come back and has greeted me with small free specials. The owner was very rude and short-tempered when asked about an extra charge. Reading other reviews online confirms that it wasn't a one-time issue. Too bad, really, the sandwiches were pretty standard Quiznos fare--tasty.
