I stayed here with another mom and 4 children to visit a museum and see a play. The hotel is adorable. The roof top bar was spectacular although the staff did not miss an opportunity to let us know that it was for over 21 only after 6 p.m. At least 3 different people told us this and almost did...

The staff were alternately friendly and not friendly. The restaurant was small portions and overpriced. Valet parking was overpriced. Room rate a bit misleading with hidden charges at checkout plus charges for the minibar which we did not use. Fridge in room couldn't keep much cold. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet.

A new hotel-stylish, modern, willing staff, but underwhelming. Our room was small and uninviting. Our blackout curtains didn't close and we notified the front desk but alas they were never fixed,

I've stayed here twice on business and the staff are all super friendly, the rooms are beautiful and open, the showers are huge (which I love) but the beds are really hard and uncomfortable and the coffee (both in the room and in the restaurant) are not good. Good coffee is imperative to my day so I was really surprised...
