My wife brought her Ford Escape in for the first time at Quick Lane, and wasn't sure what to do. She was greeted by the service dept ready to go to work, and even brought out a cup of tea for her...she was surprised and very satisfied...great job guys

I liked the way the mechanic went through his check list regarding my car. I also liked being able to watch my car bening worked on.
