Dishonest. Lied to me about unnecessary repairs and refused to send me my evaluation fee I wanted back considering he did no analysis, just tried to trick me into ordering $400+ in parts when all I needed was a $25 new charger. Even asked him to check if it was a charger issue first. Thought I was a sucker. Took my computer back and paid a guy to try and scam me. Beware.

Whoever the previous reviewer is, is either retarded, a black mailer, racist and/or cannot read. My wife and I run a home business here in Silver Spring and we have been using the guys at Quick-Fix computers for over 3 years, they are the most genuine I T professionals. Before they take any job, they’d have you sign a contract that clearly stipulates the terms of contract one of which is that you pay $75 diagnoses fee. Do not trust this guy.

My laptop would not turn on after powering down so I brought it to Quick Fix (which is a guy who works out of his town house apt in Columbia Heights). He met me in the hallway and didn't bring me into his apt/office, which was not very professional. I suspected my charger might be broken and the guy told me he would first check for that and discount the diagnostic $70 cost if such was the problem.
