Dr chan's office staff is extremely unprofessional!! One receptionist sitting all the way in the back, I'm not sure how she was even hired there with a mouth like that speaking to patients. Working in patient care and not knowing how to handle situations, not the job for you! After a bad experience at Quest on Willowbrook rd (I walked out) I drove over to this office. I did not have an appointment but I was seen within about 10 mins. Friendly staff and would go back...
