The attending nurse did not want to give medical records withou over $200 payments when it should actually be free. She has signed papers of the clients agreeing with that. When you are sick you sign the papers they give to you even if you don't agree with that. I DEFENITLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.

Specialized in providing health care for uninsured. I haven't tried this personally but have heard good things about the service.$60/visit. $60 for possible lab tests. More info on their website.

I received care at the Queen Street Clinc and was so impressed with the quality of care and the kindness of the Nurse Practitioner. She is wonderful and I would suggest anyone who is ill go to the Queen Street Clinic for their health care needs.
