Quality of the service and food was awful. Most of the meals listed on the menu were not being served, which became known to our party almost an hour after we had ordered. Managerial staff impolite and rude upon asking for better service. It made for a memorable experience for all in our party. Certainly overpriced, McDonald's can give you a more pleasant dinning experience.

I had really hoped to get a flavor of local seafood at the Friday night buffet extravaganza. Unfortunately, there was nothing local at the buffet. There was a lot of fried items, miniscule steamed bay scallops, crawfish!?, even salmon. If you go, perhaps there are local catches on the regular menu, which we did not sample. Located in an out-of-the-way place in Wanchese, NC, Queen Anne's Revenge is locally owned by a "native" family - second generation - not an "import" to the area. Food is delicious. Service is great. Front door opens onto their own tiny garden complete with fresh rosemary and flowers blooming in the summer. Quiet. Good wine. A lit fireplace in the winter.

Here you`ll find a place that dishes up American dishes known for their seafood and steaks. Expect the average entrée to cost $12 to $20, and go dressed casual.
