I placed an order with Quality Uniform on June 18, 2009. My wife picked up some of my items in September 2009. We were not call or notified in anyway that some of my order had come in. When I came back in state on September 25, 2009 I opened the partial order. Every one of my tops was done wrong and items were marked off that I had not received. The BDU style tops only had one police patch on...
