My fiancé took her car in to get her tires rotated and balanced before a trip to Florida. The guy at the desk asked her if there was any alignment issues or vibrations. She said no, she just wanted her tires rotated and balanced. So later on I dropped her back off to pick the car up and they charged her for an alignment. They said a wheel was bent and it was throwing everything out of whack....
