The quality varies a little by location, but overall it's really delicious. Much better IMO than Chipotle. Broader menu. Broader flavor profiles. Service is good but, same as quality, varies not so much by location but by time of day (manager?). Anyway, It's my go-to place for Americanized Mexican. Love it.

Don't waste your time. The rewards program doesn't work. You can never get ahold of someone. Use your money wisely at Chipotle and only come here when it's most convenient

This is my favorite place to go for lunch. Great food, great atmosphere, great prices (when your food intake is the size of a child's meal). The staff is amazing and always seems to know what I am asking for when I am too hungry to properly articulate it. Best find I have come across.
My only complaint is the lack of shredded chicken. Still get 5 stars, though.
