I've stayed here every year for several years to work the LPGA Kingsmill tournament. Hotel us clean, the staff is uber friendly and capable, even under stress of full hotel. Rates can't be beat. It's within 10 min. of both Busch Gardens and Kingsmill Resort. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, great breakfast bar, and affordable. You can't go wrong here.

Smelled like mildew. Pool is small. Elevator was old and slow. Vending machines we're inoperable. The location was great location short distance from attractions.
