Large, clean room. OK breakfast\n\nVery far from downtown Richmond Slow, somewhat confused check in.
Nothing, the worst 1st time experience and the last at Quality Inn..\n\nThe room was horrific, dirty wet towels from the previous guest.. unmade beds, carpet stained and filthy!
location\n\nRoom was filthy, including someone's old gym sock left in a corner, mold on the dust ruffle on the bed, ?droppings in the bathroom, and surely staff. Was supposed to stay 4 nights, ate the cost and booked another room elsewhere.
Location.\n\nMost staff was rude and rooms were unclean. Tubs not draining, smoking in non smoking rooms, no towels or washcloths. Female Night auditor was the only pleasant staff to deal with and she was over worked with no assistance
Free breakfast and the location which was close to everything.\n\nI did not like the fact that they were short staffed.
