Wonderful staff but needs upgrading

I stayed here for a week and the stay was very comfortable.However the facility needs upgrading.The rooms were a good size. The only suggestion I would make would be to put a fan in the bathroom to help with airflow.The breakfast served was satisfying. Overall an okay stay.

We stayed for one night at this hotel. We got an excellent price. I don't know if I would stay at the standard price as there are lots of nicer hotels in Richmond.

This hotel has a wonderfull staff. The king size rooms are big. The breakfast was good. I wish they would have different breakfast items for different days of the week. The lady that checked us in was nice. I would stay here again.

We had major sewer repairs so we needed a local hotel for just one night. Not wanting to spend a lot we chose this place. The rate was really good. I have stayed in way more expensive places that weren't any better. Our room was nice and clean with comfy beds. Everything worked great, it had a fridge and microwave...

We stayed one night at this hotel for a Lacrosse tournament. I made a mistake of selecting a smoking room on Expedia so that was my fault but that was not the only problem we had with the hotel. We were in room 212. I have pictures to back this up.
