Hotel bien mantenido, limpio, agradable y bien ubicado. Habitaciones espaciosas. Tuvimos ciertos inconvenientes con el WIFI (de noche no servia, quizas por un tema de demanda o mala configuración de la señal, pero en la mañana si funcionó). En la noche solo habia una sola persona asignada para atender todo el Hotel, lo cual no resulta eficiente para atender cualquier tema. La TV no funcionaba y...

Abit old but yet well-maintained. Beds were quite comfy and we slept well. Did find a pin on the carpet. Bathroom has granite countertops but needs wall hooks or racks to hang used/wet towels. Breakfast was better than expected. In addition to the usual breads, bagels, muffins, cereals, yogurt hard boiled eggs and hot waffle maker, there was scrambled egg, hot gravy and biscuits.yum fitnes...

close to Colonial Williamsburg

The hotel was very close to Colonial Williamsburg and easy to find. There was insufficient staff to help all the guests at the hotel. The on-site manager was being pulled in too many directions. She managed to stay pleasant and professional even when guests were complaining. The room was clean and comfortable.

We weren't expecting much, just hoping for clean. It was so much better than that! The low reviews must have come from non-pet travelers because this hotel was very clean, smelled nice, large rooms and great beds. Breakfast was included, but we're late sleepers, so we didn't check it out.
We spent three nights here and, as frequent visitors to Williamsburg, now limited in choice because...
