This was our second annual stay and as usual we have had a great experience. For larger families on a budjet it is a must with "suites" that accomodate for up to six persons.Also their comlimentary breakfast buffet and heated indoor pool is a big bonus. Overall a great location close to all attractions and kid+ pet friendly.

Arrived at the front desk and there was a beligerent man and woman arguing with the desk clerk very loudly. This went on for some time and the police were called in. My family and I were very impressed with how well this was handled by the hotel assistant manager and staff. Lots of room for our family--didn't feel cramped. Breakfast was great--not a continental breakfast, but full hot breakfast! Near all the Williamsburg attractions.

Our stay was wonderful. Service was without question the best we have ever had, courteous, professional, approachable and knowledgeable. We will stay at Quality Suites again and we will use Expedia to book it. Thank you it was a super vacation!

Some hotels claim to be suites; these are really roomy. A separate
sitting area from the bedroom. I found it to be clean, comfortable and a GREAT value.
I met the new management team and everyone was friendly and helpful.
