Location and price. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. Would stay again if going to New Orleans. \n\nDrain for shower was slow.

Price point and proximity. Across the street from Wal Mart, near gas stations, and ease of access to freeway for quick drive to downtown N.O.\n\nStaff was unwelcoming and rude during breakfast; refusing to refill food items because guests were taking "too many at a time" and didn't refill coffee, OJ, or water pitcher. Several dirty rooms in hall sat until next day, trash in hall, roaches in room.

Nothing, we flew in early the girl at the desk would not allow us to check in early....but said we could pay an up grade charge and get a double. We already paid an upgrade for a king bed because my husband is 6' 6" and won't fit on a smaller bed.\n\nThe room was by the stairs and elevator,so we stayed for 4 nts listening to people banging their luggage up and down the stairs, the elevator...

it was bad all the way around. no hot water pool was nasty the room phone didn't work only one ice machine for entire hotel key cards had to be redone three times microwave didn't work elevator was nasty and broken parts all in it had to wait in line to get towels that weren't left in room when the cleaned and the workers at the front desk where very unhelpful!!!!

Stayed 2 days for Jazz fest. Cheap price, good location. $14 uber drive to jazz fest, $12 to Bourbon street.
