This hotel is in a very convenient location for a stay in Bluefield, and I was pleased with the room. It was nothing fancy but was clean and comfortable. It seemed expensive when we booked it, but was comparable to rates for other decent motels in the area. It was also very quiet and the staff was helpful and pleasant. We'll definitely stay there again.

the location and the bartender was very helpful\n\nthis should be a one star property, it smelled like something was dead, the breakfast was cold, the property was dirty

Nice staff\n\nEvery where smelled like smoke.\n\nHard to find a nice hotel in this area for a good price. Hotel was very dated and smelled of smoke. Staff was friendly and the location was quiet.

Front desk night personnel very knowledgable / if you enter in address on laurel ridge highwAy your GPS will not be able to locate the night clearly yols us that and provided the Cumberland street address right across from marts we would have never found it without him ! Rooms were on 2nd floor one of the members of my party has bad knees they have NO elevators only steps -:(
