Disappointing service

Initially coming in for an exhaust repair and inspection, the mechanic found a brake issue. A rear wheel cylinder needed replacement, so both rears were done together (which I understand is appropriate). Dragging brakes meant that I needed to come back one week later, and the new problem was explained as a damaged emergency brake cable, which was (supposedly) disconnected at no charge. ...
