The maintenance workers do not seem to know how to do their jobs properly. Most of the apartment was assembled in a very cheap, haphazard manner. We have filed our apartment's issues to no avail and have since had to remedy said issues on our own with our own paychecks. I believe (since this housing offers no amenities) that we would have been better off renting in Greenville.

The apartments would really be nice if they were kept up and a better quailty of paint and other materials were used to fix them. Also the maintance people need to take and fix what is wrong instead of half doing it. I moved here last month and the apartment I live in was supposed to be ready for me to move in. This is one of the larger apartment complexes in washington, which means that the office is open every day and there is actually a full time maintenance staff.
