Help us make it rightThey say they are a medicaid directed administrator, but check for yourself. Call the Department of Medical Assistance Services in Richmond. THEY ARE NOT!!!They have a one room office that's never open, and no one can be reached in person or by phone. TRY for yourself. Worst of all they take Medicaid money without following their rules. That's right Medicaid Fraud! Look for this company to be on the news any day now....MARK MY WORDS!!!
There's something not right about Purpose 4 Living! Antoinette Ballard allows people to work for the elderly and disabled that have criminal records and are not even CNAs. No one can ever be reached for questions and the office is an empty room with only a desk in it. SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT!
We do NOT recommend Purpose 4 Living. They were very rude to us and hung up on us when we tried to get them to pay the care givers after our mother passed away. I would never recommend this company to anyone that cares for their loved one. Please BEWARE. Antoinette Ballard was very rude to us. And not so much as a sorry for your loss from her. She did not file paperwork for us in a timely manner either. All we can say is stay away from this company. It was a nightmare for us.
