Paul is the best nail tech I've ever had. Very attentive, and does and wonderful job everytime. I tell him he gives me new toes/fingers everytime I leave. The staff's great and warm. The owner Shawn is great at making sure people are not waiting all day and Lena so sweet! Good Job guys!

Been coming there for over a year because Tammy and Lisa are the best at my waxing mani and pedi. However here lately they seemed rushed and my experience has not been the greatest plus the amounts keep changing. The crazy thing I'm in there every 2 weeks so you would think the customer service would be better. After my experience yesterday with my waxing in wish hair was not removed properly...

Overall, my experience at Pure Nails was decent. The staff was friendly and the environment was nice, but I felt rushed. I came in around 1030 and was originally sat with a nice lady, didn't catch her name, and everything was going very smoothly. We were chatting and she did an awesome job putting on my acrylic set, but then as she was shaping and filing, a woman came in who had an appointment....

We got to drink mimosas while we got our nails done. This concept is brilliant and makes them stand out amongst the rest of the nail salons that I've been to so far. The decor was modern and everything was clean which was really impressive. Julie and Paul were thorough and so fun to talk to and the owners were also very nice. I have been searching for a new place to go I relocated to Richmond a couple of months ago & I will never go anywhere else! I had a appoint & everything was effortless my gel manicure is perfect & the price is on point!
