I had the best experience at Pure English looking for my wedding gown! I walked in with an idea of the overall look I was going for, but no idea as far as the style I wanted. The staff listened to the details of my wedding (venue, time of day, etc.) and really helped me narrow down what I was looking for. They chose dresses they thought would best flatter my body and the 3rd dress they brought in was the one! June was fabulous to work with during alterations and my whole experience was completely stress free. I have recommended them to so many people and will continue to do so! Thank you...

We had looked a several different places, and we were really impressed by Pure English. Three of my friends had bought their gowns form them and told me that they were the only place to go - even my photographer said the same thing! We worked with Amy and she could not have been nicer. The selection was great and the customer service was outstanding - we really were made to feel like VIPs. My dress came in a couple of weeks early and then worked with me to get the alterations taken care of before I relocated with my job. A perfect experience. Highly recommended.

Bad service

Had many gowns to choose from, but horrible service. Did not return many messages left on the answering machine in both trying to set up appointments AND to pick up dresses. Very limited hours. I dealt with both the owner and an employee, and had the same bad experience with both. Strongly would not recommend.

This boutique was a dream come true, from recently moving from NYC, I never imagined I would find the perfect dress in the 757. But when I met Helen and her wonderful mother (who was visiting) I just knew I'd find exactly what I was looking for. The charm and orgininality of her store is truly one of a kind. I've recommended Pure English to anyone I know!

After searching for my daughters wedding gown for several months, we were starting to lose hope. Everywhere we went they were pushy and rude and herded you like cattle infront of mirrors, trying to hurry you into a decision.
When we entered Pure English we immediatley felt that this place was different. We were early for our appointment, and were greeted by friendly staff who made us a coffee and invited us browse the gowns while we waited.
