BEWARE!!!! I never write reviews but PURE CLEAN SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! PLEASE READ, This company is so unprofessional, uncooperative, and scam artists. I had an appointment set for 11:30, @ 12 we called and they said they would be here by 12:30 and never gave a reason for being an hour late….they never showed until 1:30…2 hours late and never apologized. They asked how I was paying before they even looked at what we needed done. I mentioned credit card and their response was "no, i need a money order because we don't have anymore slips in the car"… THAT WAS WHEN I SHOULD HAVE JUST TOLD THEM TO LEAVE AND FORGET IT… but I told them to begin and I went and got a money order out of inconvenience to myself. I then made an effort to contact a manager to complain about their employee being late, rude, and not being prepared with a credit card slip. I was told Mr. Moore was in a meeting and would be out in 30 minutes. 15-20 min into carpet cleaning, THE VAN RAN OUT OF GAS… and the technicians response was "they didn't tell me the gas gauge was broken", and said they were bringing gas to him….IT TOOK 45 MIN before someone arrived with gas. Throughout all this, I continued to try to reach a manager and the receptionist, Tia, began ignoring my calls. I finally called from a different number and when she realized it was me, she hung up. She was the one who brought gas out and when I asked for someone who can help me she responded that it was no longer her problem because she was off and going home… Once i said she had ugly customer service skills she SCREAMED in my face throwing around vulgar words, racist comments, and slurs in front of my child and sped off. The technician cleaning our carpets was then told to pack up and LEAVE. THEY LEFT OUR CARPETS WITH CHEMICALS STILL ON THEM SOAKING WET, and I have pets and children. EVERYONE was UNPROFESSIONAL and needs to be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I later got harassing phone calls for 2 hours from the owner (her boyfriend) Karl Moore. He continued calling harassing me and claiming he would beat us up that we need to get back to our house, calling me a fat p**** b**** and using the N word every other word. I finally had to call the police and now we have a lawsuit for harassment and threats. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…
SEARCH HIS NAME, KARL MOORE. HE ALSO OWNS ONE STOP MOVING COMPANY. HE'S A SCAM ARTIST/CRIMINAL.
For years I sent our rugs out to be cleaned, then I would wait 10 days and pick them up. What a hassle! So, I decided to try Pure Clean for the first time about 2 months ago. We have several area rugs, including a few white shags and all were pet stained. I couldn't believe how clean they got them! They're like new. They also cleaned some upholstery and I couldn't be more pleased. The technicians were polite and really knew what they were doing. I plan to use them every year. I think I may have them clean the grout next time as well.
Hired these guys for a move out clean and a carpet clean this week. Their price was 3x what they quoted me on the phone. They insisted on cash up front before they even started the job. That should have been a red flag, but they seemed friendly enough...
They maid spilled BLEACH (in an unmarked bottle) all over the carpet.. but insisted it would "come right out"... Her boss did the world's WORST patch job (which was 100$ extra) on an existing stain and didn't even bother attempting to repair the area his maid ruined. They promised to return and fix it the next day, but left me waiting for hours only to never show up. Now they wont return calls.
I'm out the money for their services (Maid's didnt even bother to mop the kitchen floor or wipe down baseboards in half the rooms) (totaling $420).. AND the cost to replace the completely destroyed living room rug ($600).
Don't bother with this unprofessional company. Go with a big name that's licensed, it's worth the extra money to have the job done right the first time.
I learned an expensive lesson!
Pure Clean just cleaned five rooms and staircase. I used them a month ago before and I was very unhappy with the service. They quoted me one thing and then later charged me another with hidden fees attached. This time, they charged me what they said they would and were polite and efficient. I had to change the date to go out of town and they were very accommodating.
