My husband and I have purchased two absolutely wonderful dogs from Puppyville. You may notice I rated them with 1 star meaning I "hated it." After purchasing our first pup and taking him to the vet, it turns out he was sick. We decided this was forgivable due to many dogs being around each other. 4 months later there was an adorable Chow Chow puppy that we checked out. He was coughing and had unusual discharge from his nose, but when we brought this up to the employees our concerns were blown off. After his vet visit our concerns were confirmed and he was indeed sick. After two attempts of addressing this with Puppyville they completely ignored and removed both complaints instead of being a respectable business and dealing with a customer's complaint. Not to mention according to people my husband works with we are not the only ones to bring home unhealthy pups. Now that we have saved our two little boys and they are healthy and happy, I can assure all of you I will never associate with this business or their lack of maturity again.

Went to puppyville on holland road. Wow this place is terrible. Me and husband came in to look at puppies thinking about one and their selection was very limited so when we wanted to look at one we ran into the worst customer service person ever, he was very rude and pushy. My wife and i just got an english mastiff from here and they were very polite and answered all the questions we had. The dog is very well trained and an all around good dog and great with my 4 month old daughter. I would recomend them to any of my friends and family.
