Best doggy shop around - bar none! Took our new girl Miley to several groomers before finding Puppy Love. Miley loves it! We are treated like royalty on every visit.

horrible experience

I will never take my dog here again! When i picke my dog up his ey was blood shot red on one side so i immediately called the business & didn't get an answer so i left a message and no one called back. Over night the the redness spreaded so we took him back to the shop. The business owner randy moore was very rude and showed very little empathy. Told us he didn't know what he could do or help...

I had the worst experience in this store today. My Mother in Law just adopted a new puppy and was given a certificate for a free grooming at this place. I took the dog up there yesterday to get it groomed and found a hand-written sign on the door saying it was closed for the day. Then I went back today at 3:00 and showed the owner the certificate and he said I needed to come back tomorrow because it was already late in the day. I said Man,a third trip. I came yesterday and you guys were closed I wasn t mad, just frustrated at the situation. The certificate listed store hours and didn t say...

this plkace is terrible i needed a few things fixed on my dog and explained they cut the beard too short and also the eyebrows the man show owns the place was rude and indignant and told me his groomers werent smart enough to do my dog i simpley needed the hair groomed aroung the head better he went off and told me to leave no apology and we will be glsd to fix it dont go there he is a bully and doesnt care about his customers at all\r
